• To support the addition of custom vocabulary, including user-uploaded sounds and images, our app requires permission to access device storage.

• We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

• Account Information: Stored for as long as the user account is active. If the account is deleted, this data is permanently deleted.
  Analytics Data: Retained for up to 12 months in aggregated and anonymized form.

• We may retain certain information for longer periods if required by law or to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect our legal rights.

• Data stored in Firebase services (such as Firestore, Authentication, and Storage) follows the retention practices described above unless otherwise required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

2. Refund Policy

• 123Scholars offers monthly and annual subscription plans.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

• Refunds are NOT provided for partial months or unused portions of an annual subscription.

• Users may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but already paid periods are non-refundable.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the site or apps constitutes acceptance of changes.
